As you enter our cozy Lotus House, the elegant decor and beautiful plants are sure to make you feel right at home. When you need a break from the Florida sun, head into the spacious living room and melt into the plush couch. Complete with a flat-screen TV , the living room is a great place to the rest. This home has a cozy back yard featuring a private jetted HOT TUB (you can make a request and use it (depending on the season, this option may be for an additional fee, feel free to ask me about it).

No Florida getaway is complete without sand and saltwater so spend an afternoon luxuriating on Clearwater Beach. Located just 3.5 miles from the property.

Cleaning fee after your stay: $200

Weekdays $200 
Weekends $240 
In low season the price goes down to $130 - $180 night for night.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions:

1. The Hot tub will be available upon request. To use it will coast $40 per day extra, because it takes extra electric energy.

2. Enter the Hot tub at your own risk. All persons must shower before entering the hot tub. No food or glass in this area. No drink and peeing.

3. Sorry no early or late check ins/ check outs.

4. Nearest grocery store Publix 2 min away.

5. Yes, for an additional fee, we can provide you with our car for rent. We have a great seven-seater minivan Chrysler with leather seats and a DVD player for kids.

6. Nearest beach Clearwater Beach 3.2 mile away.

7. Please no pets. NO smoking! No party. Please respectful of your neighbors at all times. Outdoor music and loud talking, or other disruptive behavior, is not permitted past 10:00 p.m

8. If your stay in the house falls on Thursday, then you need to put recycle and garbage bins out on the curb on Wednesday evening. It’s very important.

9. Yes, home has a washer and dryer for guests to use. Please do not put beach towels in the washing machine with sand.

10. Nearest Tampa International Airport 30 min away.

11. Grill should be cleaned after each use to avoid build-up. Please be considerate of our next guest and clean grill prior to your departure.

Please do not book our home unless you are able to respect its contents and keep it clean- everything is new.

12. Please make sure to flush ONLY toilet paper down the toilets. Absolutely nothing else should be flushed down. There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them.

13. Please keep the kitchen clean to avoid dealing with ants. Please put all the food away and load the dishwasher. Please check the house before your departure and do not leave dirty dishes and cooked food in the house.

14. You are welcome to park in front of the house (2 cars), but street parking not available. Cars are not allow to park on grass or our garage.

We would ask that you leave our property in the order that you found it; this includes, but is not limited to, the placement of interior and exterior furniture, decors, dish.

A $100 fee (for each hour) will be assessed for late check out .

We do not allow late check-outs as we use a professional cleaning service that cleans the house to ensure the next guests may check-in at 4pm.

Please check-in at 4pm or after.
This house is professionally cleaned between 10am-4pm and checking in early without permission can hinder the efforts of our cleaning service as well as necessary house maintenance. For our guest's convenience we try our best to make guests aware if an early check-in is possible on the day of your reservation\arrival.
A $100 fee (for each hour) will be assessed for late check out .

 We recommend that you simply book the following night if it is available and you need a later checkout time than 10am. You may submit an alteration request if the following night is available as well. If you are not satisfied with the condition upon check-in, please send me a message to let us know as well. If you are a late arrival, please notify them by the following morning. Also if you are very pleased with their service and cleaning and want to compliment them they would love to hear it!

Premises shall be used for recreational purposes only in a non-offensive manner. No use shall be made thereof which is unlawful, improper, noisy, or offensive, or contrary. No use our property for business. Must be at least 25 years old to book.
